Training

My training sessions usually last for 2 hours as I have found this the most effective for learning and progress.  We make simple notes as we go along so that you can practise on you own and not have to rely on memory.

Wiping your computer and re-installing windows

I will do some basic maintenance of your computer, for example returning computer to factory setting by wiping and re-installing windows.  This price includes the time for me to put all devices (printer, scanner etc) back onto your computer.  I will only be able to do this if you have the CDs provided with your computer originally (Windows recovery disc).

I do not replace hardware (parts) but will gladly give you an idea of what might be wrong and point you in the direction of some help.

Web Sites

All web site must pay domain and web space fees before any web design work has started. It is optional to go with our domain registering and web space but we will need  access codes to your web space and domain.  Web site prices have ranged from £300 - £500 all depending on the amount of information and its media. Save money by using your free isp webspace but they can be unreliable (tiscali) 

Outside Porthcawl

I will work outside Porthcawl area like Swansea, Cardiff, Newport but customers must pay my travelling time each way.

Please note if payment is not up to date then there will be a hold on work till balance is cleared.

Important note on payment

Payment is due after each session (or in advance if you're really keen).

If you need an invoice for business purposes I can gladly provide that for you.
