you. I have been to pc world with a few of our customers
and helped them buy there first computer as I know this
is a scary road to got down when you think the sales
person will sell you things you wont need.

You must own a licensed
version of Windows with both the licence code and the cd.
Sometimes the licence code is at the back or the side of
the base unit. In the case of laptops, its normally
underneath.
I will need the following
from you:
Your Base Unit.
Windows Operating
System.
Any Driver cd's that
come with the machine.
Any System Recovery cd's
that come with the machine.
I CANNOT provide this
service if you do not have the above, so don't ask,
