What is a Solid-State Drive (SSD)?
A solid-state drive (SSD) is a new generation of storage device used in computers. SSDs replace traditional mechanical hard disks by using flash-based memory, which is significantly faster. Older hard-disk storage technologies run slower, which often makes your computer run slower than it should. SSDs speed up computers significantly due to their low read-access times and fast throughputs.

So my lap top started playing silly beggars at 9 am today, its getting on a bit. Within 3 hours I was fully operational with a refurbed replacement, all files transferred, and all e mail accounts etc working. Faultless, seamless and great service, thanks Steve. - Graham (Porthcawl Major)
We had a problem accessing parts of our computer and we phoned Steven. Within the hour he was at our home and he fixed it within minutes. He also gave us valuable advice on other matters relating to security and he was pleasant and very easy to talk to. His fee was very reasonable and his support was invaluable. We have his number safe and will ring him again at the first sign of trouble! Highly recommend him. - Beverley Jones (Bridgend)
“This guy is extremely good. He has a vast, and very up-to-date, knowledge of websites, and information, communication technology in general.
I needed to refresh a website and he built the basis of a new for me and then talked me through all the issues of refining and updating it.
He answered all my questions, and took on board my preferences and worked in a very structured, organised way. He also has a sensitivity to people with a disability, and their interaction with technology.
I would highly recommend Steven.” - Stevie - (Birmingham)

This guy is not normal...for an IT techy. You can actually understand him when he talks. I could not believe how little it cost for him to rescue all the stuff on our broken laptop and to retrieve precious photos from a laptop belonging to our brother in law. He also spent almost two hours patiently explaining how best to us our technology and had two great tips which saved us £120! We were worried when our laptop crashed and had sleepless nights thinking about the things we could have lost, but Steve took away all the stress. We cannot recommend him more highly. He's a lovely guy to chat to, with a great attitude to life. You will enjoy meeting him. - Christine (Porthcawl) 8/10/19
